How can I permently hide the Discover page?

I have a Desktop Settings Policy that has it set to "do not show" for the Discover page.

However, this setting does not seem to get applied.

Regardless of whether a user closes the Discover page, it will always come back.

I've followed these steps.  It works for a minutes, then it goes back to showing it and modifies the notes.ini entry back to =2

Disable discover page. Open Notes client, you should see the "Discover" page is opened. Close it and shutdown Notes. Then modify the notes.ini. Change the $DISCOVER_HOMEPAGE value from 2 to 1. Finally, open the Notes again. You should see the "Home" page now.

At this time...
...it is not possible to provide changing Notes.ini entry '$DISCOVER_HOMEPAGE=' using a policy. You must do that manually in Notes.ini file.
This should be work also using a policy in next Notes release.

So a policy document with the available setting is incorrect?

So you're saying that the setting below, which is part of the Desktop Policy document does not get applied.
I did manually modify the notes.ini by adding $DISCOVER_HOMEPAGE=1 and it did nothing.
